Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Beach shareholders approved the commencement of its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in April 2003.

By participating in the DRP, shareholders can increase their shareholding in Beach by electing to have some or all of their dividends reinvested in Beach shares.
Shareholders do not pay brokerage under the DRP.

The Directors have resolved to amend the rules of the DRP with immediate effect as follows:

• The number of shares issued to a participant will be rounded up to the nearest whole number;  and
• The Company may give notices under the DRP to the ASX and by placing notices on its website.

The Directors have also determined that there is no minimum number of shares that must be nominated for participation in the DRP.
